So we give you a Dot on our Active Map at your exact Postcode location, (or map co-ordinates) which when clicked, displays a photograph of your property with the same information that appears at your County Listing. You can edit your webpage yourself at any time as circumstances require - even if you are a complete novice with a computer!. Change the text as often as you wish;. make special offers to generate business; advise visitors of special events - it's your most cost effective marketing tool!

Today there are around a billion websites on the Internet, so even if you already have a website, you certainly won't be over-exposed with two! And with ours you can change it yourself whenever you want! We can download the photographs we require from your existing website, or you can e-mail the ones you want included in your new site in jpg format. Or send us photographic prints and we'll scan, size optimise and upload them free of charge.

Availability Calendars without online booking. 

With such a wide choice of holiday cottages available on the Internet, the visitor really doesn't want to e-mail you to determine availability if your competitor is showing that on his website. So if you elect to offer our optional availability calendars but don't want to offer online booking, we will provide visitors with a dedicated e-mail form so that once they have determined that the dates they require are available they can contact you direct to book.

But without doubt the best way to attract instant bookings is to offer visitors secure online booking. Pay just 10% commission on bookings secured through your interactive site. Our commission is deducted from the deposit we collect from the customer and the balance is remitted to you by cheque or direct transfer 30 days after authorisation of the customer's credit card. Any balance due by the customer is payable direct to you.

Late Availability Programme - (£39.95 per annum if purchased separately) 

Empty cottages mean loss of income which can never be recovered. Whatever the reason for a late vacancy - be it a last minute high season cancellation or simply those difficult to let, out-of season weeks - you can now fill your late vacancies at our Late Availability section and thus increase your occupancy rate substantially.

Advertise as many vacancies as you wish throughout the year up to six weeks ahead - completely free. Add, edit and remove your ads as required from your own Admin Area. It's simple and very effective!

An Availability Calendar for each of your cottages at your own website - with or without online booking  - enabling visitors to see at a glance whether or not the dates they want are free. If you choose not to offer online booking the customer will be able to contact you direct from the calendar using a dedicated enquiry form.

If you do elect to offer online booking at your own site, you pay just 5% commission on bookings (minimum £8.50) for this service. If you can accept credit cards, we'll send you the customer's credit card details through our secure server for you to process yourself. Or you can request the customer pays you by cheque. Set-up is easy - just copy the html code at your admin area and paste it to the appropriate location at your site to establish a button and link to your cottage's calendar. Or if you can provide us with FTP access details to your webspace, we'll do it for you for a once-only charge of just £25.00.

Our calendar's booking form requires customers to pay a 25% deposit where the booking is made more than 6 weeks before arrival, otherwise payment in full is required.

You receive an automatic e-mail advising you that an online booking has been made. All bookings are provisional until confirmed by you from your bookings manager at your admin area. Confirming the booking automatically updates your availability calendar (both at  your interactive webpage and your own site if appropriate).. 

Large Groups ad - £25.00 per annum

We are constantly asked for the names of properties which can accommodate 8 and more persons, so we have introduced a Large Groups section where you can advertise the maximum number of guests your property can accommodate, with a photograph and link to your own website. We clearly indicate that the party may be accommodated in more than one cottage and so may not be able to dine together, and that early booking is essential.
