Launched in 1996, our site is highly ranked at the major search engines and attracts a very high volume of targetted traffic, and whilst our core business is delivering that traffic to your website, we also offer specialized services such as a popular Late Availability programme, a Large Groups section and an area displaying "Dog friendly" properties - all of which are much appreciated by our many visitors.
We also offer you an inexpensive online booking system, so that after we send a visitor to your website they can check the availability of their selected cottage and book online. Full details below
Display Listing - £84.95 per annum (Example)
(Includes a Current News Page and your Dot-on-the-Map (see below)
If you have your own well designed, comprehensive website, with all the online services your customer now expects (eg availability calendars, online booking etc) then all you need is volume traffic in order to generate bookings - and that's what a Display Listing provides. Linking directly to your site, it provides the visitor with a photograph and a full text description of your property including price range and details of the amenites and facilities available,
In addition you get an optional Current News Page (Example) which is linked from your Display Listing. This is a CMS (Content Management System) page where you can input and edit - at any time - current information for visitors which may not appear at your Display Listing (or possibly even your own website). You can inform them of special offers, events, availability, or if appropriate, any special Christmas and New Year arrangements, etc. Or perhaps you might simply want to tell them more about your property and all the things they can do during their stay with you. It will turn your Display Listing into a virtual stand alone website!
Also included with your Display Listing is your property's Dot-on-the-Map - an alternative and effective way for your customers to find you. At our home page (http://www.oas.co.uk/) they can choose to search for their perfect holiday cottage (which may just be a dot on the map!) either by browsing all the listings in the area of their choice or using our Active Map. You'll have a "Dot" at your exact Postcode location, (or map co-ordinates) which when clicked, displays a photograph of your property with just those essential details to enable the visitor to decide whether or not yours might meet their requirements, and if so, there's a link to your website. Driving directions to your property from anywhere in the UK are also available from here.
Display Listings are arranged in alphabetical order according to the town or village location of the property. However the top three positions in your area are available for the following supplements:
No 1 position - £100 per annum
No 2 position - £ 75 per annum
No 3 position - £ 50 per annum
We accurately monitor the number of clicks on the link at your Display Listing, and we send you an annual report of the number of visitors we sent to your website with your renewal invoice so you can assess for yourself just how cost-effective your listing with us really is.
Late Availability Programme - £64.95 per annum (View)
Empty cottages mean loss of income which can never be recovered. Whatever the reason for a late vacancy - be it a last minute high season cancellation or simply those difficult to let, out-of season weeks - you can now fill your late vacancies at our Late Availability section and thus increase your occupancy rate substantially.
Subscribe to the programme for just £64.95 per annum then advertise as many vacancies as you wish throughout the year up to six weeks ahead - completely free. Add, edit and remove your ads as required from your own Admin Area. It's simple and very effective! There's a link to our Late Availability section from every page on our site - so you can be sure your ads will be seen. Check out the ads presently running - shouldn't yours be there too?
Large Groups ad - £25.00 per annum
 We are constantly asked for the names of properties which can accommodate 8 and more persons, so we have introduced a Large Groups section where you can advertise the maximum number of guests your property can accommodate, with a photograph and link to your own website. We clearly indicate that the party may be accommodated in more than one cottage and so may not be able to dine together, and that early booking is essential.  Dog Friendly ad - £25.00 per annum
If you welcome dogs, you'll welcome this new feature! The Dog Friendly tab on the navigation bar of every page provides visitors with a list of properties which welcome dogs. We have introduced this additional service in response to many requests from both owners and visitors. So many holidaymakers would not consider leaving their pets at home, and the Dog Friendly page lets them see only properties which will welcome their pet. For just £25.00 per annum you can feature property here.
Please note - you must have a Display Listing with us to advertise at both the Large Groups and Dog Friendly sections.
Availability Calendars with Online Booking at your own website
Turn your own, static, "information-only" website into an interactive 24/7 sales tool with a free Availability Calendar for each of your cottages with online booking. If you can accept credit cards we'll send you the customer's card details from our secure server for you to process youself. Otherwise we'll arrange for the customer to send a cheque for the required deposit direct to you within 5 days. You pay just 5% commission on bookings secured through our system (minimum charge £10.00).
Set-up is easy - just copy the html code at your admin area and paste it to the appropriate location at your site to establish a button and link to your cottage's calendar. Or if you can provide us with FTP access details to your webspace, we'll do it for you for a once-only charge of just £25.00.

Our calendar's booking form requires customers to pay a 25% deposit where the booking is made more than 6 weeks before arrival, otherwise payment in full is required. All short breaks (less than 7 days) are payable in full with booking.
You receive an automatic e-mail advising you that an online booking has been made. All bookings are provisional until confirmed by you from your bookings manager at your admin area. Confirming the booking automatically updates your availability calendar. Without doubt the best way to attract instant bookings is to offer visitors secure online booking.
