just £59.95 pa is a photograph of your property plus a 750 character
description, with contact name, telephone and fax number. A "pop-up" (or "drop
down") Legend Box provides further details on the facilities and amenities your
property offers, and the "Visit our Website" banner links either to your own
website or to your free interactive site.

Our calendar's booking form
requires customers to pay a 25% deposit where the booking is made more than 6
weeks before arrival, otherwise payment in full is required.
You receive an automatic e-mail
advising you that an online booking has been made. All bookings are provisional
until confirmed by you from your bookings manager at your admin area.
Confirming the booking automatically updates your availability calendar (both
at your own site and if appropriate, at your interactive site).

Provided you have a Display Listing at this site you can have a
sophisticated Availability Calendar
like this at your own website
for each of your cottages for just £39.05 - with or without online
booking - enabling visitors to see at a glance whether or not the dates
they want are free. Thats £39.05 for all the calendars you need - not
each! If you choose to offer online booking
at your own site and can accept credit cards, we'll send you the customer's
credit card details through our secure server for you to process yourself. Or
you can request the customer pays you by cheque. Pay just £8.50 per
booking for this service.
If
you choose not to offer online booking at all the customer can contact you
direct from the calendar using a dedicated enquiry form.
Set-up is easy - just copy the html code at your admin area and paste
it to the appropriate location at your site to establish a button and link to
your cottage's calendar. Or we'll do it for you for a once-only charge of
just £8.50 per calendar.
An Availability

If you wish to offer the Availability Calendars at your free
interactive website they are also free! - no matter how many you
need. However these calendars are only available with secure online booking for
which the service charge is 10% of the
total rental. We deduct our fee from the deposit we collect from the
customer and the balance is remitted to you by cheque or direct transfer 30
days after authorisation of the credit card.

Empty cottages mean loss of income which can never
be recovered. Whatever the reason for a late vacancy - be it a last minute high
season cancellation or simply those difficult to let, out-of season weeks - you
can now fill your late vacancies at our Late Availability section and thus
increase your occupancy rate substantially.

programme saves visitors having to laboriously search for a late vacancy.
They're all listed at our Late Availability section which can be accessed
directly from any regional page on our site - so you can be sure your ad will
be seen!
The Map shows your
property's exact postcode location (with driving directions if required) and
there is a link to your own website. Visitors are advised to contact you direct
from there to make the booking. No commission is payable - you pay only the
cost of the ad.
If you do not presently advertise at UK Holiday
Cottages Online there is a once-only registration fee of £25.00 + vat and
your first ad is then free. Owners who do advertise at UK Holiday Cottages
Online do not pay the registration fee - and your first ad is also
free. Each subsequent ad costs £8.50 + vat (£9.99) You can
advertise up to 7 days availability per ad, up to six weeks ahead.
Once registered you can login at any time and place as many ads as you wish.
Similarly you can remove an ad once the cottage is let.

Large Groups ad - £25.00 per
annum
We are constantly asked for the
names of properties which can accommodate 8 and more persons, so we have
introduced a Large Groups section where you can advertise the maximum number of
guests your property can accommodate, with a photograph and link to your own
website. We clearly indicate that the party may be accommodated in more than
one cottage and so may not be able to dine together, and that early booking is
