Site facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, club house (entertainment - high season) bar, tennis, crazy golf, games room, laundry and restaurant. Horse riding and 3 golf courses close by. Wonderful walks along the clifftop into Dover or along the beach to Deal. Beach and 3 village pubs (2 with real skittles) 5 minutes walk. Only 1½ hour drive from London (M2/A2 or M20)

Kingsdown Holiday Village is a quiet car free site located within a 35 acre woodland park, situated on the clifftop and overlooking the private beach which is a 5 minute walk
Kingsdown village has three pubs, two in the village and one situated right on the beach, providing excellent views across the channel.
The nearby town of Deal has a promenade, lovely pebble beaches and a pier (great for crabbing and fishing!)
Nearby are the seaside resorts of Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate and the historic towns of Sandwich and Canterbury. The bustling port of Dover is about 3 miles away with access to the famous 'white cliffs' and the stunning castle which dominates the landscape The ferries at Dover and the Channel Tunnel at Folkestone, are close at hand for easy access to France

| | | 91 Kingsdown Park , Kent, South East England |  The premises are located within this complex of 149 chalets, most of which are privately owned. The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor - a double bedded room, bunk room, bathroom with bath & electric shower & wc, lounge/dining area and galley kitchen(full size cooker, fridge and fully equipped for 6 people). There is a large twin bedded open plan room upstairs. The chalet sleeps 6 + travel cot. It is extremely well equipped and comfortable including TV with freeview box, cd player, sun loungers. Travel cot and highchair in situ. The chalet is south facing and has rear sun decks so that, weather permitting, visitors can enjoy the sunshine all day.
The chalet is regularly maintained to provide a high standard of homely and comfortable accommodation. I like my visitors to feel that they are staying in a home from home. The chalet will be cleaned prior to your arrival and the beds made up. I do ask, however that the accommodation is left in a reasonable condition upon departure. The chalet is probably among the best available to let on the Park. In providing quality accommodation my visitors are not disappointed and many return again and again. In peak season you will need to book early to avoid disappointment.
