Farmhouse listed 16th century Elizabethan hall-house, surrounded by large garden, and old barns, one of which has recently been converted to "Stable Cottage" and awared 3 Stars by Visit Britain. Sleeps: 5/6 + baby.
The farmhouse & cottage are surrounded by natural chalkland meadows footpaths and bridlepaths. The Ridgeway Path is close by and the Chiltern Way runs through the property. Red Kites are frequently seen and nest in the grounds. A children's play area with trampoline & swings etc. in a mown grass paddock, adjoins the cottage.
Car essential and ample parking. All bedding linen crockery provided . Heating by night storage units.
In addition to the many walks in the immediate area, the River Thames(Henley Marlow) Windsor, Bekonskot model village,Oxford, Bleinheim, Stratford, Warwick Castle, Cotswolds etc., are all within easy driving distance, and London is only 45 minutes away by rail from Princes Risborough 3 miles.Steam railway between Chinnor and Princes Risborough.
The National Trust villages of West Wycombe & Bradenham and Waddesden & Hughenden Manors are close by.
Many good local pubs and restaurants in local villages.

| | Secluded child-friendly small livestock farm - 16th Cent. Elizabethan cruck framed house surrounded by large garden and old barns - one converted to "Stable Cottage" containing :-
Large family bed/sitting room (18ft x 15ft) with 3 piece suite, double & single bed, large wardrobe, colour TV/Video. Hall. Shower room, WC and basin. Spacious fully equipped kitchen/dining room including dishwasher (washing machine in shower room) & microwave. A separate drier is also available. A spiral staircase leads from the kitchen to a loft bedroom studio.
The bedroom studio extends over the length of the whole building, with two single beds (3ft), a raised double futon cot and sofa. TV/DVD. The area is divided by bookcases well stocked with books for all ages.
All bedding, linen, towels, crockery etc. is provided. Heating is by night storage units.

There are also many local places of interest including the National Trust villages of West Wycombe & Bradenham and Waddesden & Hughenden Manors and the Steam Railway now running again along the foot of the Chilterns on the restored line between Chinnor and Princes Risborough . There are many pubs and restaurants in the local villages and towns where good evening meals can be obtained. Car essential due to secluded position.
