Elm Tree Cottage
Quaint Grade II listed thatched cottage in lovely village setting. The cottage is well equipped for a comfortable stay, yet retains many original features. There is a private back garden and small front courtyard overlooking the village square. The cottage offers a double and twin rooms and sleeps four. TV, DVD, video, stereo, books and games are all provided and the kitchen is equipped with full size cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer.
There are beautiful sandy beaches and cliff walks nearby and from the cottage you can stroll down the towpath along the canal into Bude, enjoying the birdlife in the nature reserve. For the more energetic there is is the cycle path which runs into Bude along the other side of the nature reserve.
The cottage is ideally located for the attractions of Devon and Cornwall such as Clovelly, Boscastle, Tintagel, The Eden Project, Bodmin Moor and much more. The village is self-contained with a great pub with a varied menu and also a village store/post office.
Children are catered for by the village playpark. Bude offers supermarkets, a variety of shops, banks and restaurants and fantastic beaches. Summerleaze beach is not only great for surfing and sandcastles but has the famous sea pool which children of all ages enjoy.
