Enclosed landscaped garden. The location of the cottage provides wonderful opportunities for pony trekking or walking on the nearby Cotswold Way. 

Accommodation comprises:
Lounge Area - Tastefully decorated with comfy sofas, wood burner, television, DVD player and video. The hot water and central heating are oil-fired. Water is from a private spring.
Dining Area - Solid oak table and chairs for four.
Kitchen Area - Well designed with plenty of cupboard and worktop space. Ceramic hob, double oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven and washing machine/dryer.
Bedroom 1 - Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets
Bedroom 2 - Sturdy bunk beds, wardrobe.
Bathroom - Bath with shower over, WC, basin and shaver point.  
  

Out and About:
The village of Frocester is 0.5mile, Eastington with local shops and amenities 1.5miles, and just 3 miles from the M5 Junction 13. There is convenient access to Selsley Common and Minchinhampton Common with a diverse range of holiday and sporting attractions nearby including several golf courses, Stroud and Gloucester Leisure Centres, National Hunt Festival at Cheltenham, the cathedral City of Gloucester, Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust, and a number of historic and picturesque Cotswold towns and villages all within easy reach.    
 
Other local places of interest include The Historic Docklands, National Waterways Museum, Folk Museum, The House of the Tailor of Gloucester, Nature in Art, Ski and Snowboard Centre, The Warehouse Climbing Wall and much more in Gloucester, Westonbirt Arboretum, Berkeley Castle, Regency Cheltenham, Tyndale Monument, Prinknash Abbey, Woodchester Mansion, Owlpen Manor are all with easy driving distance.
