Wonderfully situated next to the harbour in North
Berwick, Fishermen's Hall is a comfortable fully-equipped holiday home sleeping
6 + 2. Standing in a Conservation Area, it was the meeting place for the local
fishermen for over a hundred years. In 1998 the Hall was sympathetically
converted and renovated, giving distinctive and flexible accommodation in a
unique position. Fishermen's Hall has been featured in Scotland on Sunday's
Spectrum Magazine, 25 Beautiful Homes Magazine and Homes Plus Scotland
Magazine. Large first floor open-plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room
with panoramic views over the harbour on one side, and of the Bass Rock and
beach on the other. TV, video, CD player, a Scandinavian-type gas fired stove,
and a double sofa/bed. The fully-equipped kitchen has gas hob and electric
oven, dishwasher, two fridges and a microwave. Also upstairs are two of the
four bedrooms; a twin room and a single room with bathroom between (WC and bath
with shower over). Downstairs is a double room (with rope-hung bed), a small
double room (with 4' bed) and a shower and WC. There is also secure storage for
golf clubs etc. with access from street level. Linen and towels are provided

Two very
charming cottages situated on a hideaway rural estate, in lochs and woodlands.
Perfect for touring Edinburgh, an easy drive away, and the Borders, with its
stately homes and gardens. Fishing, riding, golfing and mountain biking all
within easy reach, and Colin and Carol on hand to help you with anything you
might need. Both cottages are very comfortable indeed. Dogs (max. two per
cottage) most welcome, and there are many wonderful walks on the doorstep,
long, short or circular. West Linton village is one and a half miles away, and
has a good variety of shops, a pub, restaurant and tea room, delicatessen and a
friendly atmosphere for those wishing to relax and have a good rest. Many of
our visitors come back year after year, and some have even decided to move
house here! Loch Cottage sleeping up to 4 is most romantic, overlooking
Slipperfield Loch itself, and America Cottage is single storey, sleeps up to 6
and is more secluded within the one hundred acre estate. Price range £370
