Old Forge Cottage has been tastefully converted from an old Blacksmith's forge into a high quality 2 bedroomed holiday cottage which can sleep up to 6 people.

Woodhall Spa is a picturesque village, close to the Lincolnshire Wolds, famous for its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

In the heart of the village is Jubilee Park. popular with tourists and locals and which boasts its own large outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling green, cricket ground, pitch and putt and large enclosed children's play area.

Woodhall Spa is well known for its 2 championship golf courses, many fine restaurants, pubs, tea rooms, "olde worlde" shops and the famous "Kinema in the woods".

For those who like to be active there are many beautiful woodland walks in and around the village as well as the Viking Way which passes through on its way to Horncastle and beyond. Cycles can be hired from Jubilee Park or if you prefer to bring your own we can arrange secure storage for them.
- Within easy reach is Tattershall Castle, The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at Coningsby, East Kirkby Aviation Centre, Rand Farm Park, the antique specialist town of Horncastle and many other tourist attractions.
- The historic city of Lincoln is 20 mins by car or catch a bus outside Old Forge Cottage and a visit to the beautiful Lincolnshire coast at Mablethorpe or Skegness within an hour.
Old Forge Cottage is in the very heart of Woodhall Spa with all facilities only a few minutes walk away. However it is in a peaceful and secluded setting off the main road.
All gas, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price and a welcome pack of drinks and refreshments are provided. A designated off road parking space for the cottage is available.
Old Forge Cottage is ideal for families and couples who are looking for a relaxing break in peaceful and comfortable surroundings.

|  Old Forge Cottage has been tastefully converted from an old blacksmith's forge into a high quality 2 bedroomed holiday cottage which can sleep up to 6 people.
The cottage comprises of a large airy double bedroom with French doors opening onto the garden with an ensuite shower room, walk-in wardrobe and wall mounted TV; a twin bedroom; the main bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The rest of the cottage is open plan and contains a well-equipped galley kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washer/dryer.
The living area has 2 large sofas, one which can be converted into a double bed, a dining table with 6 dining chairs, TV/video and CD/radio/tape player. The accomodation is surprisingly spacious and is cosy and comfortable.
A travel cot and bed cotside is available making the cottage suitable for babies and children.
Heating is by gas central heating with thermostatically controlled radiators making it cool in the summer but warm and cosy in the winter.
All prices include gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, washing up essentials and includes a welcome pack of drinks and refreshments.
The cottage is situated in the heart of Woodhall Spa within yards of all the facilities the village has to offer but has the advantage of being off the main road, down a drive and is therefore quiet and peaceful.
Guests have their own designated parking space for 1 car which is off road, adjacent to the cottage.
There is a lawned seating area to enjoy the country air and suitable for a barbecue.
