Orchard Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom cottage located on a working farm, amongst the rolling downland of rural Dorset. It is ideally situated for discovering Dorsets beautiful beaches, jurassic coast, Hardy Country as well as many National Trust properties. It is a well equipped modern property with a large enclosed garden and plenty of parking next to the property.  
 
The cottage easily sleeps six, with a king sized bed, twin beds and bunk beds, the upstairs bathroom with bath & shower is seperate from the WC. Bed linen and towels are provided. Downstairs, the lounge/dining room has lovely views of the open countryside surrounding the cottage, and the back window looks into the garden which is equipped with swings and sandpit for our younger guests. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer,electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. The sunroom has patio doors which open onto the back garden.   

Garden furniture and a babecue are provided, and a footpath running through the farm links up with many others for those who like to walk. The village of Milborne St Andrew is about half a mile and has a village shop, post office and pub serving a wide variety of home cooked foods. Dorchester & Blandford are both 8 miles and Weymouth, Lulworth, Swanage and Studland to name but a few are all within half an hours drive.

Out and About:
A footpath running through the farm links onto a network of other footpaths for visitors who like to explore the countryside on foot, and the local country roads provide a variety of interesting cycle rides. The village of Milborne St Andrew (opposite) is about half a mile from the farm with a post office, village shop, garage and pub, which serves a wide variety of good, home cooked food - and welcomes children. Weymouth, Swanage, Studland and many smaller beaches are within half an hour's drive for those wishing to enjoy the beautiful Dorset coastline.
