Connetts Farm Holiday Cottages
Connetts Farm is a 115 acre (47 Hectare) working farm,
and is situated in a coastal position giving cliff top views over the Thames
Estuary. There are horses on the farm with hay and cereal crops being grown.
There is also a small area of young woodland. The cottages have been created
within two old barns to provide good quality self-contained accommodation.
South Barn. (2 bedrooms) Each of the three cottages are comfortably
furnished with views over the pond and farmland. Guests are welcome to use all
of the grounds around the cottages and garden furniture is provided.
North Barn. (3 bedrooms) Furnished and decorated to a high standard.
In North Barn the accommodation comprises of two large self-catering cottages
that look out over the farm and out to sea. The cottages have spacious gardens
where guests can relax, sunbathe or have a barbecue. Around the farm guests
will see a whole host of wildlife. You can feed the ducks on the ponds and
there are many rabbits, pheasants and other wild animals and birds to be seen.
Bed-linen, towels, heating, electricity & water are all included in the
price of the cottage hire. Sleeps 2-6. Price range £160 - £600 pw.

Kingsdown Park is a Chalet situated in a landscaped park located in the grounds
of the old manor house in the village of Kingsdown, near Deal, in Kent. The
sloping wooded hillside of the park overlooks the sea from the northern end of
the White Cliffs of Dover. The Park facilities include a heated indoor swimming
pool, tennis court, crazy golf course, children’s play area, Channel
look-out point, games room, bar and restaurant. Kingsdown is a pretty little
village with one main street. There is a Post Office, butcher/general store,
newsagent and three good pubs, one of which is on the beach. All the pubs serve
meals. There are bracing walks along the beach path to Walmer and Deal and on
the White Cliffs to St. Margaret’s Bay and Dover as well as through the
countryside. Walmer and Kingsdown Golf Club and riding stables are close by and
there is a leisure pool with water flumes in Deal. There are also many English
Heritage sites and National Trust properties within easy reach. Sleeps: 6. Price range: £250 - £665 per

very pretty sheep farm of 160 acres located on the peaceful old sea cliffs of
the 'Isle of Oxney', midway between Tenterden and coastal Rye.Situated on the
Kent/Sussex border these cottages have easy acess to the beaches, historic
houses and gardens of either county plus the convenience of the ports or tunnel
for a day trip to France.
Tamworth Cottage is a converted pig-sty!
Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms,a double and twins, with travel cot and high chair
available. The large carpeted lounge plus dining area is open to the exposed
antique timbers and has beautiful views and sunsets. There is colour TV and a
DVD player. The kitchen is partially integrated into the lounge, which
facilitates serving and it has a gas cooker with extractor hood, refrigerator,
automatic washing/drying machine, microwave, ironing facilities and all modern
equipment. Oil central heating.Parking and garden furniture. We cannot
unfortunately accommodate pets in this cottage.
Meadow Cottage
sleeps 5 in two large bedrooms, a double with hand basin and shaver point
and a triple, plus cot and high chair available. One bedroom accommodates a
double bed and handbasin with shaver point and the other room has three single
beds. The very large living room has a dining corner and plentiful comfortable
seating with colour T.V. and DVD player. There is a huge picture window with
lovely views for 15miles. The kitchen is modern and well equipped to include
gas cooker, refrigerator and microwave. The utility room has an automatic
washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. The bungalow has oil
fired central heating and double glazing which makes it ideal in the low season
particularly at Lambing time. There is garden furniture for sitting out. Car
parking for two cars is adjacent. A dog can be accommodated, but only with
permission and must be on a lead about the farm. Short Breaks are available in
