Sea breeze is a newly refurbished 2 bedroomed property situated close to the beach, which is at the end of the road.   It sleeps 4 in a twin and a double and is a ground floor modern apartment with private parking and sea views.   The kitchen has a washer dryer, new large fridge and freezer, new cooker and hob and modern kitchen units.   There is a seperate bathroom and toilet, the bathroom has a large and powerful shower.   The lounge has a brand new leather suite, seating 6 and a flat scree 32' digital TV, DVD and video.   There are plenty of DVD's and videos available to watch.   It has a modern sytle coal effect fire and central heating.   All inclusive including central heating bedlinen and towels.  

Frinton is an exclusive typcial English seaside resort with lovely sandy beaches flanked by Vicorian style beach huts.   We also have beach hut which is included in the price out of season.   In season a beach hut can be rented seperately from ourselves or a local agent.   There are lovely shops in Frinton, dubbed the Bond Street of East Anglia, a traditional gold club overlooking the sea and a prestigious Tennis Club.   There are good restaurants in Frinton.  The Frinton Summer Theatre has rotating productions with West End casts.    All these are within walking distance of the apartment.
