Trevose View is a new holiday home at St Merryn Holiday Village which is conveniently located on the outskirts of the village of St Merryn and is within easy reach of the main A30 route, Newquay, Wadebridge and, of course, Padstow. Padstow, approximately 3 miles away, is a very popular holiday destination with it’s quaint streets, working fishing harbour and, now more famously, Rick Stein! All parts of Cornwall are easily accessible from St Merryn, so visiting any of the many famous Cornish holiday attractions is possible as a day trip from this part of the county.

The surrounding area is typical of the beautiful Cornish coastline, with fine, life-guarded beaches, suitable for swimming and surfing and wonderful coastal footpaths. There are golf courses, the well known Camel trail for cycling enthusiasts and easy access to all the Cornish attractions you might want to visit.

Trevose View is a new, privately owned home, with sunset views towards Trevose Head, south of Padstow. It is centrally heated and fully equipped throughout; the lounge has TV, DVD, freeview and a selection of family DVDs, along with games and books. There is an open plan kitchen / dining room leading from the living room, with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and a washer /dryer.  

The dining room has French doors opening onto the patio – ideally situated for long, lazy evenings enjoying the late afternoon and evening sunset.

There are 3 double bedrooms;- a master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, and two further double bedrooms with the option of twin single beds which may also used as king sized doubles. One travel cot can be provided if needed. There is a family bathroom with an additional shower over the bath. We provide duvets and pillows but you will need to bring your own linen and towels. There is parking for two cars on a private drive and a fully enclosed garden, with garden furniture and bbq.
