Welcome to Waddler's Rest chalet. Easy access to miles of sandy beach and cliff top walks are just 5 minutes away. Waddler's Rest is located in the charming seaside village of Mundesley..Unhurried Mundesley offers a good variety of shops supplying most everyday needs, from fresh fruit and vegetables, most grown locally, local pharmacy, general stores, florist, butchers, hardware store, hairdressers and a post office.There is a tourist information centre with helpful staff. In and around the village of Mundesley you will find 5 hotels that serve first class bar meals and restaurant choices. The Royel Hotel is said to have been once patronised by Admiral Nelson. There is also a Chinese restaurant and two teashops in the village. On Mundesley promenade there is a row of brightly coloured beach huts some are for hire. Details on request. Ten minute country walk from the chalet is Stow Mill, which also inlcudes a gift shop. Cromer is the jewel of the Norfolk coast, it's famous for its local crabs and Mary Jane's fish and chips Cromer's Victorian Pier which still holds end of pier show. It is 6 miles away from us. Felbrigg Hall, Sheringham Park and Blickling Hall - all National Trust Properties and are also nearby. Norwich Cathedral and the infamous Castle are both historic landmarks dating back at least 900 years and well worth a visit.The fine city of Norwich is 21 miles from Mundesley.
