Our family has been holidaying at 'Westdene' for three generations and it just gets better every year! Whatever time you choose to visit this unique part of Suffolk, there is a never ending list of things to do. For families there's our huge garden and all the attractions of Thorpeness are within walking distance; the Meare, where you can hire boats and explore the many islands, the Windmill, House in the Clouds, tennis courts at the Country Club and of course the beach. The Golf Club with its challenging 18-hole links course is nearby as is the Dolphin Pub which has a garden and offers great food. Two miles away is beautiful Aldeburgh, packed with excellent restaurants, shops and the best fish and chips in Suffolk!

It has light and spacious accommodation for up to 8 people with all mod-cons:- Ground floor: living/dining room with open fire, stereo, TV and DVD player, fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, utility room, larder, twin bedroom with basin, double bedroom with basin, 2 x wc, bathroom with bath and shower, and wc. First floor: Twin bedroom with basin, double bedroom with basin, shower room and wc. Outside: Enclosed, south-facing, enormous garden with patio area, swings, slide and cricket nets. There is ample parking at the front of the house
